Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with the product you purchased, please contact us immediately as we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The goods must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned to Ishka Sports, Unit W8 Wicklow Enterprise Centre, The Murrough, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. We will refund the product price excluding postage and packaging.

Product Guarantee
In the case of genuinely faulty goods, they will be replaced or money refunded. However we must be advised by email of any faulty goods upon the customers’ receipt of the item. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. We will provide a receipt on delivery of the products. Please keep this receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the receipt may mean we are unable to refund or replace the product or product part.

All our massage tables are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear. It is the customers’ responsibility to keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce a receipt may mean we are unable to repair, replace, or refund the item.
