What is a laundry ball and what is it used for?

The laundry ball is a safe PVC/VINYL ball with a frequency enhanced mineral inside.

How does the laundry ball work?

There is a special frequency enhanced mineral formula in the ball. When the ball is agitated in the washing machine there is an energy field created within the ball. This creates surface tension within the water molecules. The water can now perform at its best at cleaning the fabrics. It is the water that does the cleaning through Physics instead of Chemicals.

How long does it last?

Approximately 600 washes... or 3 washes per week for 3 years.

Does the laundry ball work in hard and soft water?

Yes. It also works in both warm and cold water.

Why should I run a complete cycle before the first load of washing?

This will help remove the build up of washing powder / detergents residues.

Do I need to use fabric softners or dryer sheets?

Pre treat them as you normally would. Some customers use shampoo for rings around the collar and washing-up liquid for other stains.

How long does it take to get the old soap out of my clothing?

It usually takes several washes to completely remove it.

Directions for use:

Preparing your machine: The first thing to do is to "clean" the inner drum of your washing machine - to remove all remnants of old washing powder / detergent. This is done by simply putting the eco wash ball into your machine and running a "complete cycle" (with no clothes in the machine). Once this is done it is a good idea to clean the "lint" build-up off your machine with a brush and water. You may be surprised at the excess build-up... most people are astonished at what comes out!

Washing: Simply put the eco clean wash ball in with your wash. Pre-treat difficult stains as you would normally do. Place clothing in machine, but don’t overload... FACT: Water can only hold and carry so much dirt!!! By overloading the machine you will inhibit the cleaning ability of the water.

Observations: It is normal to see soap-suds in the machine for the first few washes... once clothes have been washed a couple of times residual build-up of detergents and softeners etc. in your clothes will be gradually removed.

NB: Please do not put Eco Clean Wash Laundry Ball into the dryer.
